About Me

Computer Science and Art student at Carnegie Mellon University building at the intersection of code and visuals. I work in real-time systems, full-stack development, computer graphics, data visualizations and machine learning.

Currently, I am a software engineer at Handshake and a software developer , as part of the ScottyLabs team for Carnegie Mellon's Orientation App; Previously, I was at Center of Transformation Play and the Software Engineering Institute .

Selected Projects

  • Vulkan Realtime Rendering Engine

    • C++
    • Javascript
    • Vulkan
    • OpenGL

    Built a high-performance real-time renderer in C++ and Vulkan, implementing GPU programming, ray tracing, UE5 global illumination with probes, shadows, post-processing, and performance optimization through profiling and multithreading.

  • Human Visualization Imaging

    • Python
    • Javascript
    • OpenCV
    • Vulkan
    • OpenGL
    • Blender

    An experimental anatomical visualization tool for slicing, bending, transforming, and recomposing volumetric body imagery through interactive MPR, curved surfaces, and computational effects.

  • Generative Lego Pipeline

    • C++
    • Javascript
    • Vulkan
    • OpenGL

    A generative pipeline that transforms LEGO minifigure models from official CAD libraries into optimized SVG illustrations, enabling thousands of figures to be generated, categorized, queried, and arranged into visual typologies. Developed new cross-playform pipeline from Lego Property to Blender with Python scripting and batch processing, in addition to OpenCV-style edge detection and t-SNE Mapping.

  • CMU Maps (On-campus Navigation Application)

    • Python
    • Javascript
    • React
    • PostgreSQL
    • Rust

    A web application that provides a map of the Carnegie Mellon University campus, allowing users to easily access information about campus locations.

  • Monte-Carlo Refractive Caustics Raytracer

    • C++
    • CMAKE

    A physically based ray tracer built in C++ using the DIRT rendering framework to generate complex reflective and refractive caustics. The renderer combines Monte Carlo path tracing, specular manifold sampling, Newton-based light-path solving, multiple importance sampling, BVH acceleration, and multithreading to simulate realistic light transport through mirrors, glass spheres, and layered dielectric materials.

  • AHN Chill Room

    • Unity
    • C#
    • Python
    • Firebase

    A Self-Help Mobile App made for the Allegeny Health Network with Firebase backend data collect and python CI/CD pipeline implementation for asset productiona nd content validation.

  • O-Quest( Carnegie Mellon First Year Orientation App)

    • Rust
    • Javascript
    • React
    • Google Maps
    • authentication
    • postgreSQL

    A Geolocational University Orientation Application developed using Rust backend, PostgreSQL database, React components, and Javascript to help in-coming first-year students learn the campus through gamification of quest. O-Quest uses RFC tags to track users location to validate quest completion.

  • Scotty3D Render

    • C++
    • Javascript
    • Vulkan
    • OpenGL

    Scotty3D is an open-source 3D graphics application using a C++ framework for software rasterization, mesh editing, path tracing, and animation. I implemented triangle pipelines, half-edge mesh operations, BVH-accelerated ray tracing, physic systems, physically based shading, rigging, and inverse kinematics.
